Throughout her career, she owned beauty salons, specialty stores, distribution companies, and professional education centers, helping train hundreds of beauty professionals across Brazil.

In Recife, she became a pioneer by introducing exclusive Italian haircare products for platinum blondes and organizing large-scale educational events, workshops, and technical training programs for hairstylists.

Her contributions to the beauty industry earned her the Gold Medal for Excellence and Outstanding Achievement in Beauty, recognizing her commitment to innovation and professional education.

Today, as the founder and CEO of Casadei Hair, she leads the development of exclusive products and treatment protocols that combine botanical science, innovation, and professional expertise to deliver exceptional hair health and visible results.

She also serves as Director of AME in South Florida, continuing her commitment to leadership, entrepreneurship, and community development.

Married for 24 years, a mother of two daughters, and a devoted Christian, she proudly carries the legacy of her parents: Maria Helena Casadei, a pastor and master hairstylist, and the late Rubens Casadei, a respected entrepreneur in the cosmetics industry. Her Italian family name, meaning "House of God," has become a symbol of her identity, values, and life's purpose.

Her passion for hair began at an early age. At just 15 years old, she opened her first beauty salon, beginning a lifelong journey devoted to restoring confidence through healthy, beautiful hair.

As Karina often says:

Today, at 46, she brings together more than 30 years of professional experience as a hairstylist, cosmetologist, trichologist, and hair therapist, building a career defined by innovation, technical excellence, and a passion for transforming lives through hair health.

Born in São Paulo, she spent nearly two decades in Belém, Pará, where she developed a profound appreciation for the botanical richness of the Brazilian Amazon. She later established successful businesses in Recife and now lives in the United States, bringing her expertise and treatment philosophy to an international audience.
